Dear Mr. Parr,
Based on our telephone conversation regarding this project, we'd like to submit a formal request
for an extension. We request a 180 day extension as mentioned in the provided comment letter.
We have been in coordination with the Brunswick County Floodplain Manager regarding
comment #7. We have been working with James Paggioli (Brunswick County Floodplain
Manager) and Staff from the NC Department of Public Safety regarding newly published flood
data for Brunswick County. Based on new data, Mr. Paggioli has indicated that he can provide
us needed approval for our proposed development. We are currently awaiting issuance of his
approval so we may respond to the previously provided comments.
