Application for Mining Permit Modification
Dear Mr. Parr:
Enclosed please find BWI ETN LLC's (BWI) application to modify Mining Permit Number 97-21 for
North Wilkesboro Quarry located in Wilkes County, North Carolina.
The purpose of the application is to add all acreage obtained in the acquisition of Mathis Quarries,
Inc. Quarry to the BWI permit. This will add 35.27 acres of land that is part of the quarry property that
has not previously been permitted. The proposed total permitted acreage is 73.82 acres with 38.80
acres being affected.
Enclosed for your review are:
1. One (1) complete original mine permit application package with maps
2. Five (5) copies of the application package
3. Check#26582 for the $1000.00 permit modification application fee
