CEC reviewed the mapping and there was an error in the affected mine acreage chart. CEC has revised the sheet to provide the correct values. I have revised Page 2 and Page 4 of the application to match the acreage chart. Please find attached the revised documents. Hard Copies will be mailed tomorrow. Once you finalize the permit, please send a copy of the permit by email. The pumping operation is ready to start. The quarry will contact the Winston Office and notify them of the actual start date for the pumping operation. The revisions should not have added any additional disturbed area. I only had a grading sheet from the set when we were talking about the changes needed, but the grading plan also had a later seal date the cover letter you sent. The change in category's is related to the removal of the skimmer basin from the sediment ponds category.The disturbed area was changed to Processing/Haul road. Even without the basin,they will still have to get into the area to install the pit pump discharge line, construct the apron, and monitor the discharge for water quality. There are no other plans for the development of this area.
