The location of the concrete plant is shown on the Operations and Reclamation Plan maps. The proposed culvert to be installed in the existing conveyance channel is shown on the Operations Plan and Site Plan maps. In addition,a computational report for this culvert is included and titled Temporary Access Road West Culvert. 2. Construction and maintenance details for the E&SC measures are attached. 3. The Waters of the US report for this proposed additional area is attached. 4. The Threatened and Endangered Species Habitat Assessment report is attached.
