Comments pertaining to the modification for the Hamlet Plant 77-15 in Richmond County:
• Include details on permanent road and ditch line stabilization for the haul rout that will be
remaining after reclamation.
• Erosion control measures seem to consist of vegetated perimeter berm and infiltration basin
which appears to be sufficient for the site.
