I was doing some housekeeping on my Outlook Calendar today and realized I never sent you our
comments on their response to the add info letter. We offer the following comments:
1. Vegetated berms have been added to the plan along the permit boundary adjacent to existing
residential properties. A vegetated berm detail has also been provided.
2. Haul roads, mined areas, etc. have been added to the plans as requested and adequately
reflect existing site conditions.
This addresses our concerns and we have no further comments. As always, if additional information
