Dear Mr. Parr;
Pursuant to our conversation today, this letter serves to clarify and describe the nature of the
discharge from the Dewatering Basin into the ditch on the site. As water leaves the Discharge
Basin, it will flow into a naturally low area and will pass across at least 25 feet of an undisturbed
grassy area as "sheet flow" before entering the ditch.
