Attached is the completed mine permit application updated Mine Maps, and additional information that illustrate the activities. Extraction of sand from the 48-acre sand tailings area will continue as based on previous permit modifications dated July 25, 2017, April 23, 2018, and June 16, 2023. No other mining is proposed with this modification. Proposed Modifications include: Drill Pad Access Roads and Drill Pads Natural Gas Line Removal (Demo) Natural Gas Line Reroute (Installation) Sewer Line Removal (Demo) Sewer Line Reroute (Installation) 44kV Electrical Distribution Line Removal (Demo) 12.47kV Electrical Distribution Line Removal (Demo) 12.47kV Electrical Distribution Line Reroute (Installation) Site Access Road #2 (New Road) Site Access Road Widening (Existing Road) Security Fencing The total affected acreage for this modification is an additional 13.89 acres, bringing the total affected acreage to 72.89 acres.
