Based on your request, please accept this letter as documentation that Barnhill Contracting
Company would like to eliminate any buffers that would typically be required for shared property lines
with Quincy Family Farms for the purpose of sand excavation. As shown on the submitted mine map,
Barnhill Contracting is purchasing a portion of the Quincy Farms property to expand the mining area and
would like to combine any excavation areas that share property lines into a single excavation. Please
reference the submitted mine map for exact locations (labeled on the map) of these areas.
