We only have requirements for structures being developed in the floodplain and I don't see anything
that will affect the water shed protection ordinance.

I meant to get this info to you after our discussion Friday and got side tracked. As discussed we are proposing a
mining operation on parcel IDs 0500677 & portion of 0504927. There are no proposed buildings or permanent
structures.
I have also attached the overall plan for your reference.
