Dear Mr. Parr,
Please find attached additional information per the request of the applicant to use his grading
company Landsdown Earth and Pipe, Inc. as the operator since the previous applicant was the
land company Primo Holdings, LLC. Which is just a land holdings company. I have provided the
first and last sheets of the Mine Permit Application with original signatures to request the
Landsdown Earth and Pipe, Inc. company as the applicant instead of Primo Holdings, LLC. I
have also attached revised Cover sheet with Landsdown Earth and Pipe, Inc as the operator.
