20. Other recommendations and comments: Excavation and other disturbed areas have been raded,
leveled, and seeded. However, it does not appear that a permanent groundcover has been provided. Recommend
that the site be mowed in order to determine if a permanent groundcover has been provided. The site cannot be
released until a permanent groundcover has been provided.
