The letter from Carolina Quarries did not have a name, only a signature that is not legible,
we need to know who from Carolina quarries is requesting the transfer. Also, the maps that
were submitted do not have Vulcan's name in the title block. We need to have maps that
Reverence Vulcan. They can be the same maps that were provided, but Vulcan's name
needs to be on them.
