Dear Mr. Parr:
This is to inform you that reclamation has been completed on a portion of the above
referenced Mine site. Morton Minerals has no further intentions to re-affect this portion of the
site in the future and wishes to be released from further reclamation responsibility with respect to
the mining permit, the reclamation bond, and The Mining Act of 1971 on this portion of the site.
Please see the enclosed updated Mine Site Plan that clearly indicates the size and location of the
portion of the mine site to be released.

pink copy for your records and return the yellow and white copies to the Land Quality Section
