My previous letter to you stated, in error, that your original deadline to submit all of the requested information to
the additional information request dated July 20, 2020 was December 20, 2020. The correct deadline should have
read January 20, 2021. The Department received your response on December 29,2020 which occurred before the
January 20,2021 deadline.
The rest of the information in the letter dated February 3, 2021 is correct. Please respond to the February 3, 2021
letter requesting additional information by March 5, 2021.
