I met with Mr J A Lindsay today to discuss his pending application for modification of 401 Sand Co -A&H Mine, permit

#47-16. As you may recall, this modification was complicated by the inclusion of an on-site LCID Landfill as well as a
large new mining area. We have contracted with a Professional Engineer to complete the necessary sediment and
erosion details for both the mining area and the LCID. Because of the complexity of the plan, we are hereby requesting
additional time to respond to your letter of Sept 16, 2019.
Also, we would like to schedule a meeting at your office to discuss the details of the letter, and make sure we understand
how to best respond to get the modification approved and keep the operation in compliance. The meeting would include
me and Mr Duncan Parker, who works for 401 Sand.
