The landfill is in existence and its boundary was surveyed and is shown on the map sent. All runoff from this landfill
flows into Basin A as shown, and since this is already existing and approved, it was agreed in previous conversion that
this would serve as the "erosion control plan". Since this is existing,functioning, and previously approved, I'm not sure
what else could be submitted?
The modified mining plan will be forthcoming very soon.

I was speaking with Mr. Lindsay and Judy Wehner earlier today about the A& H Mine LCID Landfill
recent correspondence.The landfill located near the east side of the haul road, near Existing Sediment
Basin A, being referenced in the letter sent to Ms.Wehner on 4/9/2019 has never been in existence.
This nonexistent landfill is also shown on the maps included with the correspondence. I will visit the
mine later this week to document the reclaimed area where the landfill was not developed.There is a
new, active landfill which was initiated last year near the west side of the haul road. I am not sure if it is
associated with Existing Sediment Basin A. An erosion control plan needs to be submitted for the new
landfill as soon as possible. Please contact me if you have any questions.
