On behalf of APVA, LLC., Bissell Professional Group is providing the following documents in
response to your additional information request dated 1/27/2021. Additionally, after the mine
application was submitted, the then applicant (Allied Properties, LLC) secured ownership of the
subject property under the alternate name APVA, LLC. In consideration of this acquisition, it is
requested that the mine permit be issued under the current applicant & property owner's name,
APVA,LLC. Updated signature pages of the mine application are enclosed for your records.
