They state that they will construct "6' high earthen berms with vegetation...to screen neighboring developed properties."The detail for the berm shows that they will have "Plantings along the top of berms as required to achieve a total screen height of 20 feet."Trees planted on the top of berms is not something that is typically seen. Usually,grass is grown for stabilization, which does not offer a large enough screen to hide hauling operations. 2. Is a permission letter needed to construct a railroad track crossing on the haul road?
