Dear Mr. Parr;
Please find enclosed two copies of the revised mine permit plans for the project. The following
changes have been made:
• The future temporary crossing has been removed from the mine map and reclamation
map.
• The colors of the erosion control measures for the previously approved measures and
proposed measures and text have been revised. The colors for the previously approved
measures match the index color of the grading that was previously approved(light red)
and the proposed measures and text have been revised to match the index color of the
new grading proposed(light blue).
