Hope you are doing well. Mr. Alvin R. Smith, mining permit applicant for the Buddy Smith Mine in
Tyrrell County, received a notification letter from your office noting the need for water withdrawal
registration for his project. A signed copy of the registration dated October 29 was sent to your
office along with the $50 registration fee the first week of November. Attached are copies of the
registration form, please let me know if these have not been received.
