The Interim Director of the Division of Energy, Mineral, and Land Resources, Mr. Douglas Ansel, has reviewed
your letter dated December 28, 2022, in which you requested an extension of time to respond to the Department's
request for supplemental information regarding the issuance of the referenced permit.
The request for an extension has been granted. Unless an additional extension is granted in the future, should the
Department not receive a complete response to its January 14, 2022, request for additional information by May 1,
2023, the Director will make a decision on the issuance based on the information currently on file.
