I am enclosing three copies of Sheets 1 thru 3 Revised October 17, 2022 of the permit application
map and three copies of Page 14 of the application (Determination of Affected Acreage and
Bond).
These revisions are based on a meeting with Robert Tankard (Water Quality from the Washington
Regional office) and he owner. The owner agreed to designate a part of the permitted area as
wetlands not to be mined.
