Division of Energy, Mineral, and Land Resources that it has purchased the Daurity Springs Quarry located at Daurity Road in Goldston, Chatham County, North Carolina from FSC II, LLC dba Daurity Springs Quarry effective as of November 18, 2022. The Daurity Springs Quarry is covered by NCDENR Permit No. 19-22. With respect to the mining permit referenced above, the transfer of permit responsibility, coverage, and liability, per the Mining Act of 1971, shall be effective as of November 18, 2022, which is the date that BWI ETN LLC acquired legal ownership and control of the Daurity Springs Quarry.
