All that certain tracts or parcels of land lying and being situate in Number One Township,Craven
County,North Carolina,more particularly described as follows:
Being all of Tracts 1, 2 and 3 as same are shown and delineated on a plat entitled"A Map of the
Robert Wilcox Place"which plat is recorded in Map Book 1,Page 39,in the office ofthe Register of
Deeds of Craven County,reference to which is hereby made for a more particular description of the
aforesaid property.
Saving and excepting from the above conveyance is that portion of the property described by deed
recorded in Book 1695,Page 650, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Craven County.
Subject to that certain Line Agreement dated November 3, 1987 recorded in Book 1171 at Page 798,
in the office of the Register of Deeds of Craven County.
