In consideration for this easement, Grantees agree
to grade and gravel this road as may be necessary to

vehicular access to the Washburn Cemetery which is located e

to the aforementioned roadway. Grantees, with approval of Grantors,
may make other improvements to the roadway. Grantee will maintain
a locked gate across the roadway at the point of Beginning of
the easement described herein.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD unto the Grantees, their successors
and assigns, the aforementioned easement and all privileges
pertaining thereto,
