ject is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a written statement has been obtained from
adjacent riparian landowners certifying that they have no
objections to the proposed work.

Tere, the information that you asked for yesterday during my visit with you at your office, I hope that I
have what you asked for, if not please let me know.
1 - Location — from Morehead take US 70 east to Sealevel , keep straight on hwy 12 until you cross
the tall bridge going onto Cedar Island, the first road you come to, take a right go for about'/, of a mile and
the tower will be on the left next to church.
2 - Drawing of work to take place.
3 - Map of site plan.
4 - We are only doing 500 feet (facing tower) starting 30 feet from the right of anchor next to Jack
Goodwin line and going 500 feet.
5 - From top of ground level and going 10 feet down to about 15 plus feet from high tide water line,
6 — Staging with a mat lying on land and placing riprap on the mat to your specification.
Tere as you can tell from the site plan we have lost a lot of our shore line to the many storms over the years,
I would appreciate all the help that you can give. We would like to keep as much of the vine and tree
protection at the top of the shore line as possible_
