violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine,
imprisonment or civil action; and may cause the permit to be-
come null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the
permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance.

ject is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a written statement has been obtained from
adjacent riparian landowners certifying that they have no
objections to the proposed work.

Dear Mr. Sherrod :
This letter is in reference to your CAMA General Permit which was issued on June 14, 1999.
This permit authorized the construction and/or placement of a boat house along the shoreline of
your property located at H 56 Hickory Street, Snug Harbor, within the waters of the Yeopim
River in Perquimans County.
On September 20, 1999 a site visit was conducted at this site to determine and confirm that your
project was completed in accordance with the Specific Conditions concerning boat house
structures, as referenced in Subchapter 7H .1200 of the North Carolina Administrative Code and
the Coastal Area Management Act. During this inspection, it became apparent that you have not
completed all the work proposed and previously authorized under the above referenced General
Permit. At the current time, your structure, as built, is considered to be a boat lift. As a
courtesy, I wish to remind you that CAMA Permit 021902A expired on September 12, 1999. If
you still intend to place a roof on this structure, this remaining work falls within the permit
jurisdictional areas defined as Estuarine Waters and/or Public Trust Area, as described in
Subchapter 7H .0206 and .0207 respectively, of the North Carolina Administrative Code, and a
permit authorizing this work will be required from this Division prior to the completion of this
project as originally approved in CAMA General Permit 021902A.
