SUBJECT: Underground Cable Replacement at Railroad
Drawbridge on the Trent River
Dear Mr. Mercer:
The City of New Bern of North Carolina is making a request for a
general permit from the Division of Coastal Management to replace
the underground cable at the drawbridge on the Trent River near
the Ramada Inn in New Bern, NC. The electric cable will be
replaced at a depth of three feet between the two riser poles
parallel to drawbridge as shown on the attached drawing.
Written permission from the adjacent land owners and a check for
$50.00 (fifty dollars) made payable to DENHR is enclosed. If you
have any questions or need any additional information, please do
not hesitate to give me a call.
