This permit is subject to compliance with this application, site
drawing and attached general and specific conditions. Any
violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine,
imprisonment or civil action; and may cause the permit to be-
come null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the
permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance.
The applicant certifies by signing this permit that 1) this pro-
ject is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a written statement has been obtained from
adjacent riparian landowners certifying that they have no
objections to the proposed work.

The undersigned has no objection to the planned construction
to be performed for Mr. H. D. Scott on Lot No. 6 and Lot No. 7 and
for Mr. W. C. Ingraham on Lot No. 8, all on Jennifer Drive,
Harkers Island, N. C. 28531, which construction has been described
as construction of all or part of the following: a seawall
(bulkhead) with top elevation at the approximate existing
elevation of the soil near the canal at the rear of the lot; a
mooring slip to be cut back into the lot and lined with the
above -described seawall, a boat -launching ramp, also to be lined
on the sides by a seawall, and a dock adjacent to the seawall.
All construction shall be done in accordance with local
building codes.
