repair an existing bulkhead on a man-made basin off Northwest Creek, off Spring Creek, in
Fairfield Harbour's Golf Course 9th Hole, in New Bern, Craven County.

white copy for your files and return the yellow and pink signed copies to us in the enclosed,
self-addressed envelope.
