This permit is subject to compliance with this application, site
drawing and attached general and specific conditions. Any
violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine,
imprisonment or civil action; and may cause the permit to be-
come null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the
permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance.
The applicant certifies by signing this permit that 1) this pro-
ject is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a written statement has been obtained from
adjacent riparian landowners certifying that they have no
objections to the proposed work.

Please proceed with the clearing of this project in accordance with your
relocation plans as submitted. The encroachment of your cable will be under the
terms of your Blanket Encroachment dated February 1, 1977.
I am requesting Mr. G. R. Shirley, Jr., our Division Engineer in Greenville at
telephone [phone], or his representative to get in touch with your
Mr. Stewart E. White in Morehead City at telephone [phone] to arrange for
a relocation scheduling conference before beginning the actual utility
relocations. Please do not begin any of the actual construction until this
conference has been held. A schedule should be determined in this conference
with the Department's representative that will clear the conflict prior to the
advertising date of the construction project. After a schedule has been
determined, you should diligently pursue clearing the conflict and adhering to
your schedule in order not to impact the construction project.
