Airlie West Boat Owner's Association onto the island on the Intracoastal Waterway adjacent to
the island which was used by Bradley Creek Marina. I understand that a charge of$1.00 per
cubic yard will be assessed for dumping.
Intercoastal Diving, Inc. will obtain all necessary permitting sad will abide by the

(f) The authorized structure and associated activity will not cause an
unacceptable interference with navigation.
(g) A clearly visible sign must be posted to inform those who use the
dock that a no sewage discharge policy is enforced at the facility.
(h) No attempt will be made by the permittee to prevent the full and free
use by the public of all navigable waters at or adjacent to the authorized
work. Use of the permitted activity must not interfere with the public's
right to free navigation on all navigable waters of the United States.

water (MHW) elevation contour within adequate dikes or other retaining
structures to prevent spillover of solids into any vegetated wetlands 1
or surrounding waters.

siltation.
(g) Excavation will not exceed 6 feet below the elevation of mean low
water (MLW) .
NOTE: The spoil disposal area may create a mosquito breeding problem. The
permittee should contact the Vector Control Branch (919) 733-6407
regarding appropriate mosquito control measures.

ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS
Stormwater Management
(2) (a) The permittee is responsible for ensuring that the stormwater disposal
' systems are installed according to the plans submitted to the Division
of Environmental Management in consultation with the 0CM and shall
be maintained to operate effectively at all times.
(b) The permittee is responsible for ensuring that additional impervious
surface areas will not be increased to exceed 10% effective impervious
area in percentage to the total site.
NOTE: The building of individual residents on the designated lots will be
by letter of refinement to -th e ,• ting permit. (This will require
a site plan and supporting iri on ti or each lot. )
NOTE: If project lots will not be serve b the county sewage system, the
applicant must contact the local heall0 d partment regarding the approval
of on site sewage systems prior to any,cnlistruction.
NOTE: An Erosion and Sedimentation control Wall will be required for this
project. This plan must be filed at ;>-e 51 thirty (30) days prior to
beginning any land disturbing acti vi'ty-: 15ubthit this plan to the Department
of Natural Resources and Community -0evelopment, Land Quality Section,
7225 Wrightsville Avenue, Wilmington, NC 28403.
