Dear Dr. and Mrs. Lofgren;
Southeast Harbors Homerowners Association is reviewing plans to replace the pier and
boat slips destroyed by the hurricane in 98. Because your property is adjacent to this
location we are required by CAMA to advise you of these plans since they have to reissue
a permit befor any work can be done. We do not plan any changes other then higher
pilings which would help to eliminate floating docks from breaking away in a surge tide.
If you have any questions you can contact CAMA at 910-395-3900 or call the president
of the homeowners association James Bartley 910-392-3189.
