To Whom it May Concern:
As an adjacent riparian property owner, south of the Dalkieth Homeowners Association I am
aware that the final wet slip will be converted to a dry lift and this completes conversion that
all slips are now dry slips. I also have no objection to the possible installation of 6 - 2x8 dock
box deck overhangs. I understand this in no way lengthens the facility from the original plan
and presents no objection as an adjacent property owner.
