On behalf of Hubie Tolson I would like to request a CAMA General Permit to construct a fixed pier,
platform and two boat lifts at 1101 Shepard Street, Morehead City, Carteret County, North Carolina as
depicted in the attached site plan.
Please find enclosed a Site Plan, Agent Authorization, deed, riparian delivery confirmations, Powell
landowner waiver, and $200 fee check.
