Send all suspicious email as an attachment to '' Robert, To answer your 2"d question first, the contractor has to be done by 10/12/20 per their contract so we won't be going to far past the permit expiration date. Some of the reasons were that for the VL month or two, we were not working at the office. The county closed the bridge to outsiders. In addition, Currituck County representatives were also working remotely. That caused delays with setting up meetings, etc. I think for the first month, everyone was just real nervous of what was going on. Once things got going again, everyone re -grouped and got the project back moving in the right direction. Then the biggest problem was Currituck County was trying to figure out what FEMA would pay for as there were multiple options on repair or total reconstruction. It took a few months to get the final scope pinned down. I hope this helps. Thanks, Bob Scheller, P.E.
