We are assisting Bradley Creek Marina with the replacement of Bulkhead #3 as depicting in the attached "Site Map"
exhibit. Bulkhead #3 is failing, and needs to be replaced soon. I have attached the plans showing the design for the
bulkhead, which consists of constructing a new concrete bulkhead approximately 2' waterward of the existing
bulkhead. As part of the project,the existing dry stack boat drop zone will be relocated from it's existing location
