DESCRIPTION
We propose to remove and replace the steps and landings leading from the upper
patio down to the dock in similar kind. This will include three (3) sets of steps, a
6' x 8' landing, a 4' x 6' landing, cable handrails, a 12' long wooden retaining wall
above the steps and a 16' long wooden v-groove bulkhead below the steps to
prevent further erosion.
We propose to install a new concrete pier consisting of a 5' wide x 60' long
walkway connecting to a 9' wide x 20' long platform. There will also be a 5' wide
x 30' long finger pier on the right side of the boat house and a 5' wide x 8' long
platform on the left side of the walkway that will have four (4) 2.5' wide x 8' long
concrete steps.
We propose to install a new 16' wide x 25' long boat house roof. This will be a hip
roof having a pitch of no greater than 6/12.
We propose to install a new boat lift which will be mounted under the boat
house roof.
