I know this is different than we have previously approved these, as in the past we did not allow boat lifts to be installed at personal docks, however that was changed last year in a covenant change. Although Charlie has not received approval to install a boat lift, he has been granted approval to install the pilings next to the dock. I have attached his request form in hope it helps you.
