confer with appropriate local authorities to confirm that this project is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a written statement or certified mail return receipt has been obtained from the adjacent riparian
landowner(s).

Attached is the approval for pier and dock for Charlie & Misty Brown Lot 159 Pamlico Plantation. I
know this is different than we have previously approved these, as in the past we did not allow boat
lifts to be installed at personal docks, however that was changed last year in a covenant change.
Although Charlie has not received approval to install a boat lift, he has been granted approval to
install the pilings next to the dock. I have attached his request form in hope it helps you. It has been
signed as approved and the letter from us is also attached. If you need anything else or have any
further questions please do not hesitate to contact me directly.
