,iparian notification forms you provided for lot 42 are not going to be acceptable for permitting purposes, for tr
wing reasons.
You have manipulated a standardized for by eliminating the "I do not wish to waive the 15' setback
requirement". This needs to be on all forms that are transmitted to any property owner, whether or not yoi
anticipate waiving the setback.
Maki is listed as the property owner applying for the permit in the top portion of the application package;
however, you have Logan's signature at the both, on both sides as the "property owner" and "adjacent prof
owner". it can't be both if Maki is to be the applicant.
aki is not the current land owner, I can issue the permit in his/her name provided I have a signed and executed
urchase agreement signed by buyer and seller. Otherwise, this will need to be a minor modification to the exist
