DCM Field Staff determined on August 27, 2013 that the proposed docking facility would be I approximately 35 feet from the property boundary shared with the 10 foot private walkway/easement that )etween your client's property and the Donahue's property. DCM Field Staff also required that the Waterway lomeowners Association be notified via certified mail of the applicant's pier proposal.
