This permit is subject to compliance with this application, site drawing and attached general and specific conditions. Any
violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine or criminal or civil action; and may cause the permit to become
null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance. The
applicant certifies by signing this permit that I)prior to undertaking any activities authorized by this permit,the applicant will
confer with appropriate local authorities to confirm that this project is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a written statement or certified mail return receipt has been obtained from the adjacent riparian
landowner(s).
The State of North Carolina and the Division of Coastal Management, in issuing this permit under the best available
information and belief,certify that this project is consistent with the North Carolina Coastal Management Program.

Sorry about that. Yes you can add the 46'on land and the pilings.The platform can be switched as well as long as we
are not going into the 15'setback on warrens side.They did not waive the 15'setback.

Mr. Hart,
In reference to CAMA permit #75452B, there are several things that we are unsure about.
1. The platform is shown the wrong way. It should be to the right as shown on the drawing we sent.
2. The mooring pilings which were on the description are not included.
3. The dock length only covers the waterward portion. This 50' was shown on our drawing as being
waterward. However, does this CAMA permit allow us to construct the remaining 46' on land? We
thought it had to be on the permit also.
Please let us know about this as soon as possible as we will be ready to start this project very soon and
we still have to obtain the county permit.
