She also informed me that you would not have to notify the owners of the parcel in front of the Stanaland property because there was not a submerged land claim over that area. Good news on both fronts! I did notice that the surveyed water depths at the backside of the floating dock show 1.9' at MLW. Since this area is a Primary Nursery Area, you will need a minimum of 24" of water at MLW for any floating structure.
