When you do place the equipment on the neighboring property, can you give consideration if it blocks the view of exiting traffic from our parking lot. HH-10 on sheet 12 is proposed to be placed in front on 1720. Can you take look and give a brief write-up stating that BCS will not have any sustained activities or large equipment to be set-up in front of 1726? Please reply to all us on the email so Patrick Amico with the NCDEQ can have it in writing so we can mitigate any objections and the project can proceed. We are a pharmaceutical manufacturing company and host regular client visits and audits at the stated property. As a result, we do not wish to have heavy excavation equipment on our side of Smith Creek as it may generate heavy dust, clogging of our air supply intake filters, and may also be a distraction for our customers and/or regulatory visitors.
