I am an agent for your adjacent property owner Mr. Mitiguy at Harker's Island. I am
assisting him in drawings, contacting the riparian owners on each side of his property
and submitting the required paperwork for a CAMA permit/site visit.
Please see the enclosed CAMA/NC DENR permission form, site drawing, a copy of my
agent authorization and color pictures showing his proposed alignment across his
property and adjacent to yours of a vinyl bulkhead.
Mr. Mitiguy wants to stabilize his yard that has subsided in recent years across the front
and the sides of his house on the shoreside.
He is not proposing or intending any changes in grade that would interfere with existing
drainage or back grade onto his or your property.
The permission form should be signed indicating your approval (or not) and please keep
a copy of it and the other items for your reference.
