There is not an application for this so there is no need to fill out a CAMA minor permit application due to the fact that is a different type of CAMA permit. You also do not need the Ocean Hazard AEC notice because you are not on the OCEAN Hazard AEC. The fee for this type of CAMA permit is 200 dollars but you would not pay this until I call you letting you know the permit is complete. FYI these permits are only valid for 120 days from the date they are signed and pick up. The only thing I will need from you is for you to get the owner of the property to sign the agent form in order for you to apply for the general permit. I will also need a drawing with dimension on what you are proposing and the riparian property owner signatures from the adjacent properties not owned by the Piners. Once you receive all of the required paperwork you can either scan and email back to me, mail it or drop off with the front desk. The adjacent neighbors you need to notify are as follows; 1) HARRY ALDERMAN at 112 DAVIS BOULEVARD, Unit A 112 DAVIS BOULEVARD, Unit B ( mailing address is 14286 WEST 2ND AVENUE GOLDEN CO 80401) and 2) PAUL NORWOOD HEAD at 308 Davis Blvd ( mailing address is 705 MILL ROAD MOUNT OLIVE NC 28365) 1 hope this helps and please feel free to contact me at any time. As I mention earlier, I am looking to replace an old floating dock and reposition an existing boat lift behind my trailer in Atlantic Beach (300D Davis Blvd). I know I need to get signed "Adjacent Riparian Property Owners Statement" from my neighbors. I have found this on the web. I believe I need to submit the "CAMA Minor Permit 2015", also found on the web. Is this correct? It seems there is something called an AEC Hazard notice that I will need as well. Where do I get this? This is a fairly simple project, so is a basic sketch of what I am looking to do sufficient for the drawings/plans requirement? Once I have all the above, do I mail them to you or drop them off at your office (with the $100 check)? I've copied Heather Styron, who is the field rep you'll be working with for the application. She can advise you further in the CAMA permitting. Your project will need a building permit from the Town as well, once you have the CAMA permit in hand. I've attached the building permit application, which you can submit to Betty (copied) along with associated documentation. Please feel free to let me or Betty know if you have any questions about the Town's permitting process. We look forward to working with you!
