violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine,
imprisonment or civil action; and may cause the permit to be-
come null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the
permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance.

ject is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a written statement has been obtained from
adjacent riparian landowners certifying that they have no
objections to the proposed work.

Thank you for your help on this project. Attached are the statements
of adjacent property owners, Bill Kwaak on the west, and Charles Aquadro on
the east.
Please notice on the drawing that we would like to widen the platform
where the steps come down from the covered deck. This, and the extension of
the finger pier, were requested by our field trip people to improve safety
while boarding boats for programs.
As I explained the other day, this grew rather suddenly out of what
should have been a simple repair project. I appreciate your working with
us on this matter.
