drawing and attached general and specific conditions. Any
violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine,
imprisonment or civil action; and may cause the permit to be-
come null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the
permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance.
The applicant certifies by signing this permit that 1) this pro-
ject is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a written statement has been obtained from
adjacent riparian landowners certifying that they have no
objections to the proposed work.

Enclosed is our check for fifty dollars ($50.00) in payment for a minor permit to do the needed
maintenance dredging in the Whittaker Creek West canal. All pertinent signatures are on file
there except the ones on the letter also enclosed. These people have replaced James McCarthy
and Ina McCarthy as owners of one piece of property.

Subject: Whitaker Creek Dredging Project
Dear Bob:
Barbara and I want our property, Lot 58 fronting on Windward Drive, to be
included in the above captioned canal dredging project. For your information, we have
a 42 foot sail boat with a six foot draft.
We also grant permission to the dredging contractor to traverse our property
with a temporary spoils disposal pipeline. This permission is given with the
understanding that such use will not adversely impact our lot or damage any existing
improvements.
