The site detail should not change and as we discussed. You can use this to issue us the Hurricane Irene permit so we will have it in hand. I'm afraid this is going to be a slow moving project, so my hopes of completing before the end of August are not very high. Heck, I do not know if we can get started by then. If things change with permitting we can figure out how to deal with it as it comes. If there are problems, let me know. I'll call so we can work out a meeting location so I can sign the permit.
